5 Client Sites in 30 Days: What AI-Assisted Development Actually Looks Like

June 2025. BL Motorcycles, Sparta Interiors, DJ Waste, KLIQT Media website, plus a full rebrand. One month, five live sites. Here's the honest account.

June 2025 was the month we proved the model at scale.

Five separate client projects — different industries, different briefs, different visual requirements — delivered in a single month. Not prototypes. Live sites, in production, handed over to clients who were using them within days of the final commit.

The Five Projects

BL Motorcycles needed a new business website: clean, professional, fast, optimised for local search. The brief was straightforward — the execution had to be flawless because the existing site was actively losing them enquiries.

Sparta Interiors wanted a luxury interior design portfolio. High-resolution imagery, smooth transitions, a contact flow as premium as the work they were showcasing.

DJ Waste required a skip hire and waste management site. Clear pricing, simple booking enquiry, strong local SEO. Functional and conversion-optimised.

KLIQT Media's main website was due for a full rebrand. The 1970s disco aesthetic the brand had developed needed to translate to a premium web presence.

How We Ran It

The workflow meant these ran in parallel, not in sequence. While one team was finishing BL Motorcycles, another was building Sparta's component library. Design decisions for each project were made once and not revisited.

Quality gates ran on every project: performance audit, mobile QA, accessibility check, copy review, SEO meta. The gates ran in parallel with build completion, not after it.

The Honest Account

This was not frictionless. Running five concurrent projects with different clients and different visual directions required tight coordination that, at the time, was still being formalised. The handoff protocols we use now — typed, documented, tracked — were in an earlier form. Two of the five projects had minor revisions after delivery.

The lesson: the model works. The discipline required to make it reliable at scale had to be built. What became Jai.OS 4.0 was, in June 2025, a rougher set of working practices that we were stress-testing in production.
